Job Summary
Senior General Manager EVS responsible for leading Trinity Health ministry area EVS operations, aligning strategy to address internal or external business and regulatory issues, driving consistent operating performance, and achieving financial goals. Oversees KPI measurement, vendor/contract labor management, and the leadership teams across System Services Function Area, Regions, and Health Ministries to standardize policies, processes, and governance while fostering a national community of practice. Maintains knowledge of applicable laws/regulations, and upholds Trinity Health integrity, compliance, and PPE practices. The role emphasizes collaboration, strategic growth, and ensuring high-quality, safe healthcare-support services in a continuous clinical environment. Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalency required
- BA or BS degree preferred in Hospitality Management, Environmental Services, Business Administration, or other related field
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in healthcare hospitality management, to include direct supervision and managing or leading a team
- Experience of computer-based programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
