Job Summary
Senior General Manager EVS at Trinity Health accountable for leading and directing ministry-area functional responsibilities, enabling strategy to address internal/external business and regulatory issues, and ensuring performance and service standards. Responsible for operating performance, achieving financial goals, solving complex problems impacting management/direction of the business, and collaborating with System Services Function Area, Regions & Health Ministries to ensure strategy and operations alignment. Oversees standardization and optimization of policy and process, governance over financials and staffing, and measurement/reporting of KPIs. Leads leadership and collaboration across System Services Function Area, Regions & Health Ministries, and manages vendor/contract labor strategy and regional priority deployment. Maintains awareness of industry developments and ensures adherence to compliance and Code of Conduct, with a focus on delivering value and compassionate, patient-centered care. Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalency
- BA or BS preferred in Hospitality Management, Environmental Services, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in healthcare hospitality management, including direct supervision and managing or leading a team
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams experience (computer-based programs)
