Senior GenAI Engineer responsible for creating and optimizing prompts for LLMs, collaborating with domain experts to translate business needs into clear, effective prompts, developing, testing, and refining prompts for various use cases, integrating LLM solutions with software, contributing to a scalable prompt-engineering framework, gathering user feedback to improve prompt effectiveness, staying current with LLM advancements, and documenting processes and outcomes. Requires extensive experience with prompt engineering, Python and ML tooling (PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy), NLP/ML projects, version control, and strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders; role involves collaboration across GE Vernova businesses and government-related projects, along with a hybrid onboarding residency in Cambridge, MA and relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or related fields
