Senior Gen AI Developer

Job Summary
Senior Gen AI Developer responsible for leading hands-on development of AI solutions (LLMs, NLP, ML pipelines), designing, building, and deploying robust AI systems and RAG pipelines, integrating with internal knowledge bases and data sources, and prototyping PoCs that are productionized for banker workflows. Collaborates with analysts and product managers to translate requirements into designs, adheres to security, compliance, and governance standards, and mentors junior engineers while fostering technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Must-Have Skills & Experience: 6-8 years of professional, hands-on experience in software engineering with significant focus on data science and AI/ML application development
- Proven track record of building and deploying machine learning models and AI-powered applications into production
- Strong, hands-on expertise in ML, NLP, LLMs, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Proficiency in building applications using modern AI frameworks and MLOps practices
- Experience with structured and unstructured data and building data processing pipelines
- Familiarity with SDLC in a corporate/enterprise environment, including version control, CI/CD, and testing
- Excellent problem-solving and communication of complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Education: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
