Job Summary
Manage the full lifecycle of training projects by coordinating intake, development, deployment, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure effective execution. Independently track milestones, prioritize workloads, and resolve complex operational problems impacting cost or efficiency. Execute UAT testing on deliverables, identify resolution patterns, and recommend process improvements for LCoE tools and workflows. Support the Onboarding function, manage session logistics including scheduling, AV setup, and catering, and oversee printed course materials. Lead archiving efforts by identifying files for project closure and automating material upload processes. Location: Armonk, NY or Warren, NJ (on-site required). Salary: $83,800 - $136,800. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of training operations experience.
