Senior Garment Technician - Nude Lucy

Job Summary
Senior Garment Technician leads the technical development and fit process across assigned product categories, ensuring garments meet Nude Lucy's standards for fit, quality, construction, and consistency. Collaborates with Design, Product Development, Production, and offshore supplier partners to translate design concepts into commercially successful products, develop technical specs, grading standards, measurement charts, and construction guidelines, conduct fit sessions, review prototypes and samples, troubleshoot fit and construction issues, maintain category fit standards, build strong supplier relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement of development efficiencies and quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in Garment Technology, Technical Design, or Product Development
- Strong technical expertise across womenswear categories, including wovens and knits
- Advanced knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, grading, and fit
- Experience conducting fit sessions and communicating directly with offshore suppliers
- Strong technical specification and measurement skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PLM/PDM systems
- Desirable: Qualification in Fashion Technology, Patternmaking, Apparel Production, or related field
- Experience with offshore suppliers across Asia
- Knowledge of garment testing, quality assurance, and compliance standards
