Senior Garment Technician - Nude Lucy

Job Summary
Senior Garment Technician leads technical development and fit from design handover through bulk production; interprets concepts into commercially successful garments while maintaining Nude Lucy aesthetics, develops and maintains technical specs, grading standards, measurement charts, and construction guidelines, reviews samples and provides technical feedback to suppliers on fit, construction, workmanship, and finishing, conducts fit sessions and drives fit approvals, evaluates prototypes and pre-production samples for consistency and quality, troubleshoots fit, grading, patternmaking, and construction issues with suppliers and internal teams, maintains category fit standards and block libraries, builds strong relationships with offshore suppliers and manufacturing partners, provides technical guidance to support quality outcomes and efficient production, identifies opportunities to improve development efficiencies and reduce sample iterations, and contributes to refining fit standards, technical processes, and best-practice documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in Garment Technology, Technical Design, or Product Development
- Strong technical expertise across womenswear categories, including wovens and knits
- Advanced knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, grading, and fit
- Experience conducting fit sessions and communicating directly with offshore suppliers
- Strong technical specification and measurement skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PLM/PDM systems
