Job Summary
The Senior Games Technician at Dave & Buster’s is responsible for building, troubleshooting, and repairing games, attractions, and technical equipment while delivering exceptional guest service. This role requires a working knowledge of electro-mechanics, proficiency in reading schematics, and the ability to perform repairs at the component level. The technician should possess excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude, while also being capable of training Support Tech teams. The position involves physical demands such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and working in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
Required Qualifications
