Job Summary
Senior Games Technician at Dave & Buster's responsible for building, troubleshooting, and repairing arcade games, attractions, and technical equipment; reads schematics and wiring diagrams, troubleshoots to the component level, and performs repairs; delivers friendly, available, and memorable guest service; trains and mentors Support Tech teams to promote knowledge sharing; must be at least 18 and able to work days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of electro-mechanics
- Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
- Troubleshooting down to component level and performing repairs
- Excellent communication skills for guest service
- Ability to teach others to build knowledge within the team
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willing to work days, nights, and weekends
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
