Job Summary

Own the Dabble iGaming design experience, from the lobby and customer journey through to individual game experiences. Design and continually improve the lobby experience, including how customers discover, navigate and interact with games. Develop and design new game concepts, taking them from initial idea through to production and launch. Design the assets and environments required for our games, including characters, symbols, props, features and gameplay elements. Create animations, transitions and visual effects that give our games a distinctive Dabble look and feel. Set the visual direction for iGaming and maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across the experience. Own the iGaming design roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve the experience and helping shape what we build next. Create pitch art, mock-ups, storyboards and style guides to clearly communicate concepts and creative direction. Work closely with Product and Development to ensure designs meet technical requirements and translate effectively into the final product. Use customer behaviour, user testing and data to inform design decisions and ongoing improvements. Use tools such as Claude, Figma and Midjourney to support rapid ideation, concept development and prototyping.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven games design experience with a strong portfolio in iGaming and/or Casino
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Spine 2D
  • Strong understanding of composition, colour theory, visual hierarchy and animation principles
  • Ability to take a creative brief or concept through to polished, production-ready assets
  • Practical experience using generative AI tools such as Midjourney for concepting and visual development
  • Understanding of sprite animation, asset optimisation and technical handover requirements
  • Experience working with asset pipelines and version control tools such as Git or Perforce
  • Strong visual communication skills, with the confidence to present and pitch creative ideas to stakeholders
  • A self-motivated and collaborative approach, with the ability to take ownership, set creative direction and deliver independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be based in Leeds and surrounds, though other locations in the United Kingdom may be considered

Desired Qualifications

  • 3D skills such as Blender and experience with Figma are advantageous
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira
  • Experience using tools such as Claude, Figma and Midjourney to support rapid ideation, concept development and prototyping
