Job Summary
Develop procedural generation software using real-world data to create realistic 3D environments compatible with Unreal and Unity. Solve technical challenges balancing visual quality, realism, and performance on commodity hardware while contributing to Pipeline and AI/ML teams to refine data flow. Partner with leadership to align development with high-level product vision. Fully remote position with a salary range of $130,000 - $155,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience for Senior Game Specialist, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment, demonstrating a proven track record of success and leadership in the gaming industry
- Experience with Houdini, Unreal Engine, Unity, or other similar game engines, including proficiency in developing interactive applications, optimizing performance, and implementing real-time 3D graphics and gameplay features
- Proficient in C++, with a solid understanding of their respective ecosystems and the ability to leverage these languages for software development, scripting, and automation tasks
- Fully Remote
Desired Qualifications
- Extensive experience with procedural generation tools such as Houdini, Unreal Engine's PCG (Procedural Content Generation), and/or Blender is highly preferred
- Experience with Houdini, Unreal PCG, and/or Blender procedural generation applications is highly preferred
- Enthusiasm for automated development processes and systems
