Own the end-to-end mathematical design process for high-complexity titles, ensuring models deliver optimal player experience and meet commercial goals. Drive the conceptualisation and development of novel slot mechanics, collaborating with Product Owners and Game Designers to translate creative concepts into balanced frameworks. Develop, maintain, and utilise sophisticated Monte Carlo simulation tools to rigorously test, validate, and optimise game models before production. Create comprehensive, auditable mathematical documentation and technical specifications for all game models, ensuring they meet rigorous internal standards and external regulatory requirements. Partner with Developers, QA, Artists, and Product Owners to ensure flawless integration of the mathematical model into the final game. Conduct deep quantitative analysis of competitor games and market trends to identify opportunities for new mathematical features.
