Job Summary
Senior G&A Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Legal, and People at BetterUp, partnering with senior leaders to design and execute scalable hiring strategies, building inclusive pipelines, and delivering a world-class candidate experience. The role combines strategic advisory to executives with hands-on sourcing and executive-level searches, emphasizes DEIB in sourcing practices, and leverages AI-enabled recruiting workflows. Hybrid work model requires in-person collaboration at office hubs at least two days per week or eight days per month, with US hubs in Austin, NY, SF, and DC metro.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of recruiting experience
- 4+ years in-house at a growth-stage or later-stage tech company
- experience across functions including G&A plus GTM or Product preferred
- ability to engage with ICs to C-suite
- strong business acumen and compensation negotiation experience
- autonomy in fast-changing environments
- proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and advanced sourcing techniques
