Job Summary
Own the end-to-end conversion journey into hedging, designing guided lifecycle workflows that move clients from spot exposure to standing policy. Build decision tools for clients to visualize international business exposure and provide CPMs with portfolio-level signals to trigger timely conversations. Manage triggered workflows based on real events like new currency pairs or rate moves, while running A/B tests to measure conversion lift and attribute results. Balance client-facing simplicity with internal data rigor to drive product-led adoption without disrupting existing sales processes.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience
- At least one role owning conversion, adoption or engagement outcomes end-to-end
- Strong analytics and experimentation skills
- Experience designing lifecycle journeys or triggered workflows
- Experience designing the messaging that carries them
- Fluent English
Desired Qualifications
- Prior FX or hedging experience
- Familiarity with foreign exchange, hedging or other asset classes
- Experience in fintech or regulated financial products
- Experience building internal or advisor-facing tooling alongside client-facing product
- Localisation awareness
