Job Summary
Supervise and mentor paralegals through complex LP transfer processes, ensuring documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with client playbooks and SLAs. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and counterparties, coordinating KYC/AML, transfer documentation, signing, and post-closing actions. Own and evolve client playbooks and negotiation parameters, escalating material issues while maintaining deal momentum. Build trusted client relationships and support business development by contributing to new client pitches alongside the Growth team. Partner with the technology team to continuously improve AI-driven legal delivery tools and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced in funds law
- Strong background in LP transfers
- Closed-ended funds experience
- Private markets work experience
- Ability to independently manage complex transfer processes
