Job Summary
Senior Fund Administrator role within HSBC's Transfer Agency Operations. Responsible for day-to-day administration of fund processing, managing high-volume/ high-value transactions across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to procedures and controls, and driving process improvements. Requires graduate/post-graduate qualification in Accounting, Finance and Banking, 2-3 years TA/Registrar or fund services experience, and strong English communication. Desirable CISI certification and experience with regulatory frameworks (CASS, IMR, GDPR, FATCA, CRS) and jurisdictional TA practices (UK/Europe/Asia, Luxembourg). Required Qualifications
- Graduate/post-graduate diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking
- Knowledge of securities industry essential
- 2-3 years of prior Transfer Agency & Registrar or Fund services operations experience
- CISI certification (preferred)
- English communication skills
- Experience in process reviews/re-engineering (beneficial)
- Experience in coaching/mentoring (desirable)
- Ability to analyse issues and contribute to team
