Job Summary
Senior Fund Accountant – Real Assets responsible for reviewing and signing off Management Accounts and client reporting (journal entries, accruals, adjustments) and Quarterly/Annual NAV packs for Real Asset Funds/Properties, including SPVs and consolidated financials. Contributes to tax compliance (CIT, VAT, CIS), expands and integrates Yardi platforms, and sets up Fund/Property/Lease in Yardi while handling Accounts Payable/Receivable. Maintains proactive client service, meets SLA targets, and serves as liaison with auditors, legal/tax advisors; supports client audits and invoicing. Requires 5+ years real estate accounting experience, part qualification with CA/CMA/CFA/CPA/ACCA, and strong English communication; IFRS, US GAAP, and Lux GAAP knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Part qualified, CA/CMA/CFA/CPA/ACCA
- Minimum 5 years of public/private real estate accounting experience
- Experience in reviewing and preparing general ledgers and financial statements
- Knowledge of Lux GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP
- Strong communication skills in English
