Senior Fund Accountant – Private Equity / Venture Capital

Monitor cash transactional activity, ensure accurate and timely accounting entries, and prepare monthly/weekly bank reconciliations. Assist with quarterly closing processes, publish preliminary and final investor reports, and process capital calls and distributions. Manage client investor portals, coordinate annual audits and tax returns including Schedule K-1s, and respond to ad hoc research requests. This role reports to a Fund Controller within the Outsourced Accounting and Reporting Services practice at Dynamo Software, a FinTech SaaS provider managing over $10 trillion in assets for 1,000+ private equity clients.
