Senior Fund Accountant

Job Summary
Conduct cash and position reconciliations, manage investor allocations, and calculate management and performance fees to ensure accurate fund accounting and financial reporting. Deliver NAVs and client reports on agreed deadlines while supporting quarterly and annual financial statements and the audit process. Build trusted relationships with clients as a key day-to-day contact, managing queries and deliverables efficiently. Develop expertise in offshore and onshore fund structures, particularly closed-ended funds, and collaborate across the team to identify risks and address issues promptly. Share knowledge with junior colleagues and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Globally hybrid role requiring 3-5 years of fund accounting experience and ACCA qualification.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of loan/debt instruments, fund structures and waterfall calculations
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive individual who takes ownership, shows initiative and works independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- 3-5 years' experience in Fund Accounting preferential , with exposure to Alternative Investments, Private Equity and/or Private Debt funds
- Acca qualified or equivalent
- Must be available for hybrid working (please check the specifics for this role during interview process)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with eFront preferred
- knowledge of Geneva or Investran would be advantageous
