Senior Fund Accountant

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules for assigned entities. Maintain upper-tier entity accounting records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations for capital activities, investment transactions, and investor income and loss allocations. Perform investment management fee and waterfall calculations in accordance with governing documents. Prepare and review quarterly and annual investor capital statements as well as routine and ad hoc investor requested materials. Assist with fund credit facility management, prepare lender reports, and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Coordinate with internal and external tax teams to complete tax compliance deliverables. Support liquidity monitoring, cash management, bank account maintenance, wire transfer execution, and accounts payable processing. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and other ad hoc financial analyses. Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
