Job Summary
Senior Functional Consultant in Client Success at o9 focusing on implementing the Enterprise Planning platform, ensuring data loads and end-to-end workflows are accurate, identifying and resolving design issues, managing platform upgrades/patches, configuring the system to address change requests, creating and executing workflow and data analytics test-cases, supporting Super User and End User training for a global user base, and collaborating with development and operations teams to improve internal processes and product features. Limited travel to customer sites and strong emphasis on teamwork, transparency, and client value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Engineering degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 2+ years hands-on experience in enterprise planning tools
- Knowledge/training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL)
- Skills in SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar (desirable)
- Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint
- English: Business level; Japanese: Native level required
