Job Summary
Drive and promote assigned function development across the entire V-Model for ADAS products, owning quality, performance, and delivery timelines. Lead end-to-end delivery from system requirement definition through design, verification, and performance evaluation, managing requirement specifications and architectural design. Serve as the technical lead for assigned functions, conducting technical meetings with customers, supporting test drives, and coordinating technical matters with overseas development teams. Resolve hardware, software, and validation issues while managing specification changes and addressing technical challenges. Collaborate with global team members to advance cutting-edge system development for Japanese OEMs.
Required Qualifications
- Function Owner experience: 3+ years
- Deep understanding of ADAS functions (ability to comprehend requirements, write requirement specifications, create internal ADAS specifications, and evaluate test results)
- Knowledge and practical experience in Systems Engineering (ASPICE)
- Knowledge of Software Engineering (including AUTOSAR)
- Experience/knowledge related to parking systems, navigation systems, radar, or ECU development
- Japanese: Intermediate (Between conversational and business level)
- English: Business level or higher
