Job Summary
Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain API-based web applications and server-side rendered interfaces for satellite-data platform. Responsibilities include partnering with clients and stakeholders to ensure deployments work as expected, extending API design and implementations, designing and implementing platform features, handling customer inquiries to plan remediation, collaborating to improve user experience, and mentoring other developers. Required: NV1 security clearance, 5+ years API-based web app experience, Go programming language, vanilla JavaScript SSR capabilities, and strong communication. Preferred: GeoInt/geospatial processing knowledge and WCAGG accessibility awareness. Hybrid work arrangement in Sydney, Darwin, or Canberra, Australia.
Required Qualifications
- NV1 security clearance required
- Experience in 5+ years developing and maintaining non-trivial API-based web applications
- Experience with server-side rendering strategies and development without a client framework (vanilla JS)
- Proficiency in Go programming language
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of geospatial processing and GeoInt (preferred)
- Familiarity with WCAGG accessibility guidelines (preferred)
