Job Summary
Senior FullStack Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining features across our platform; collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver user-focused solutions; participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers; contribute to architecture discussions and drive technical decisions; ensure high code quality and performance through testing, monitoring, and optimization; help define and maintain engineering and DevOps best practices; stay current with industry trends and evaluate new technologies to improve the platform. Based in France with full working rights; fluent in French and English; strong expertise in Node.js and Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices; experience building scalable SaaS products and collaborating with cross-functional teams; Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a significant portion spent building and operating SaaS platforms in production
- Proven experience building long-lived SaaS products across full lifecycle (design, delivery, iteration, maintenance)
- Strong background in complex, scalable web architectures
- Expert-level proficiency in Node.js (backend) and Vue.js (frontend)
- Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
- Hands-on exposure to modern DevOps practices
- High standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability
- Extensive experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and stakeholders in a cross-functional setup
- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with diverse profiles
- Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience in senior SaaS environments
