Job Summary
Own delivery from development through deployment, including CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Build and maintain scalable services supporting multiple product initiatives while collaborating with the database team to optimize data models and queries. Implement logging, monitoring, and observability to detect and diagnose failures, ensuring system reliability through thoughtful design. Evaluate the existing platform for service decomposition and establish reusable templates, SDKs, and patterns to accelerate development. Actively incorporate AI-assisted workflows into design, implementation, and code review, validating all outputs. Partner with Product, UX, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features within a globally distributed Agile team.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with C#
- Strong hands-on experience with React
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server
- Experience designing and building microservices and distributed systems
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance
- Experience working in Azure-based environments
- Ability to work effectively in Agile teams (Scrum and/or ShapeUp)
- Experience working in AI-assisted development workflows
- Strong collaboration skills in distributed teams
- BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience working in microservice-based architectures
