Job Summary
Senior Fullstack Engineer to drive the development of Daptic's NLP-driven regulatory platform. Collaborate with Data/ML and internal stakeholders to build performant, scalable systems; lead technology stack decisions; own architecture and development of the working system; operate across backend and internal services; comfortable starting from a problem rather than a full specification. Requires Python and TypeScript, relational databases, microservices, AWS, Docker, and US work authorization. NYC-based with in-person presence and flexibility for remote work at times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field
- 4+ years of professional development experience
- US work authorization is required; we do not currently support visa transfers
- Strong, well-rounded technical skillset with experience managing the end-to-end development of a new product in a fast-growth organization
- Expertise in Python and proficient with TypeScript
- Demonstrated proficiency with relational databases and microservice architecture
- Experience deploying applications with AWS and Docker
- Excellent communication skills and low ego
