Job Summary
Drive end-to-end development of complex full-stack features using C#, Python, Nuxt, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Optimize the codebase by identifying technical debt, improving build processes, and reducing deployment bottlenecks. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through rigorous code reviews, pair programming, and active knowledge sharing. Champion modern standards by writing testable, maintainable code with comprehensive automated testing and CI/CD integration. Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while designing robust systems and evaluating emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer
