Senior Fullstack Engineer - Chartering & Inbox

Senior Fullstack Engineer for the MT Inbox crew to design and build scalable, high-performance frontend and backend features across the stack (Ruby on Rails, Python, Vue.js/TypeScript) using AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, and related tools. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and ensure reliability, observability, and performance. Responsibilities include end-to-end feature development, architecture of distributed microservices, maintaining and scaling the Rails environment, and contributing to Agile ceremonies, while collaborating with managers, designers, and customers.
