Job Summary
Senior Fullstack Developer to evolve Weezevent’s CRM solution. You will stabilize, optimize and maintain an existing CRM application, design and integrate new features, and participate in technical scoping and architecture decisions. You will mentor the team (pair programming, best practices) and contribute to the technical direction for performance, reliability, and quality. The role involves working on the CRM & marketing platform used by event organizers, with emphasis on Python/Django backend, React frontend, Docker-based infra, CI/CD, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL considerations. Based in Rennes with hybrid remote work, joining a team of 3 developers and collaborating across the Weezevent ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- strong Python and Django backend
- experience with React (JS/TS)
- Docker, CI/CD, deployment best practices
- PostgreSQL proficiency
- NoSQL knowledge preferred
- Node.js and Elasticsearch knowledge bonus
