Job Summary
Lead development of production control software for wire harness manufacturing within agile SCRUM teams. Mentor developers and guide architectural decisions using .NET Core, C#, and Akka.NET for high-performance, distributed actor-based systems. Design, test, and maintain scalable REST APIs with SignalR for real-time communication, containerize applications with Docker, and implement observability via OpenTelemetry. Optimize PostgreSQL databases and manage device-to-cloud protocols including MQTT and Azure IoT Edge. Collaborate on code reviews and provide technical consulting for microservices architectures.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years of experience in relevant technologies
- Experience with .NET/ .NET Core/ C# / Akka.NET
- ASP.NET Core Web API: RESTful services
- SignalR: Real-time communication
- Responsive design
- IoT protocols: MQTT, AMQP, HTTP
- Databases: Practical knowledge of PostgresSQL database design and optimization
- Docker: Experience with containerization and container orchestration
- OpenTelemetry: Practical experience with observability and distributed tracing
- Authentication & Authorization: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Azure AD B2C
- Device-to-cloud communication
- Edge computing: Azure IoT Edge
Desired Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in software development
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Understanding of microservices architectures
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban)
