Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and iterate on core product features for an AI-native legal platform. Own projects end-to-end, collaborate cross-functionally, and incorporate customer feedback across multiple codebases. You’ll work on diverse challenges, contribute to a high-performing team culture, and help shape product thinking while shipping hands-on code across the product.
Required Qualifications
- 6-20+ years of experience as a full stack engineer or product engineer at a leading startup, growth stage, or big tech company
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of major products or significant portions thereof
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple workstreams
- Strong ownership mindset and bias toward action
- Former founder, side project builder, or hacker mentality
- Excitement to code and "hack" for both product and internal use
