Job Summary
Design and build modern, responsive React/TypeScript applications for complex enterprise workflows and develop scalable backend services using C# and .NET. Architect cloud-native solutions on Azure with microservices and containerized structures while optimizing Azure SQL databases and integrating ERP, EHR, and third-party systems. Collaborate with teams managing RFID, barcode scanners, and Electronic Shelf Labels to troubleshoot distributed enterprise issues and support CI/CD pipelines. Mentor junior developers and influence architecture during technical planning and code reviews. This greenfield development role focuses on modernizing the next-generation platform for real-time inventory and supply workflows, with opportunities to shape long-term technical direction and engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of professional software development experience building enterprise software applications
- Strong experience building production React and TypeScript applications using modern React development patterns, including hooks, component architecture, and state management
- Strong backend development experience using C# and .NET
- Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL experience, including schema design, query optimization, stored procedures, and data modeling
- Experience designing and developing cloud-native applications within Microsoft Azure, including containerized and microservices-based architectures
- Experience building distributed enterprise applications and integrating with third-party enterprise systems and APIs
- Experience working within modern Git-based development workflows, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think independently, take ownership, and solve complex technical challenges
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building enterprise SaaS or commercial software products
- Healthcare IT experience, including ERP/EHR integrations and familiarity with FHIR and HL7
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar container orchestration technologies
- Experience working with Zebra Android devices or other mobile enterprise hardware
- Experience mentoring developers or serving as a technical lead
- Exposure to regulated industries or mission-critical operational software
