Job Summary
Ship full-stack AI projects end-to-end using Ruby on Rails and React, focusing on AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and LLM inference infrastructure. Design and run experiments, including A/B tests and evaluations, to validate features and guide iteration on production use cases. Build and integrate components for AI infrastructure while optimizing performance and reliability for large-scale inferencing. Improve processes and tools to scale AI features into production-ready solutions, maintaining high standards of code quality and user experience. Work closely with leaders and designers throughout the feature design process to foster rapid iteration and learning.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years experience working as a full-stack engineer on high-traffic production applications
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails
- Strong proficiency in MySQL / Postgresql
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS
- Hands-on experience building AI features in production
- You've shipped at least one real AI use case
- Strong experimentation mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a certain level of ambiguity
- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
