Senior Full-Stack Software Development Engineer

Job Summary
Design, implement, test, and operate end-to-end features from technical design through production, partnering with product, design, and engineering teams to build systems our customers trust. Lead technical design by breaking down complex problems, writing clear specs, and surfacing trade-offs while raising the engineering bar through high-quality code, meaningful reviews, and the thoughtful application of AI-assisted tools. Drive cross-team collaboration to align on requirements and resolve technical disagreements, while mentoring peers through pairing, code review, and design feedback. Operate production systems via on-call rotations, proactively reducing toil and resolving root causes. Work in a hybrid capacity with at least 50% in-office time, reporting to an Engineering Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- demonstrated ability to independently design and ship production systems at scale
- Strong backend fundamentals
- experience building, scaling, and operating distributed services
- experience in a language such as Go, Java, Python, or Kotlin
- Comfort working across the stack
- building or integrating with customer-facing interfaces (e.g., React/TypeScript)
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and performant systems on cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS)
- A track record of leading feature development across a team
