Job Summary
Senior Full-Stack Java Developer for Ford's Incentives Product Development Organization. Contribute to modernizing the Incentives technology platform and enhance the interface between incentive programs and eCommerce for Consumer and Dealer Incentive Services. Role focuses on building and maintaining scalable Java-based solutions across frontend and backend layers, APIs, and integrations within an enterprise technology environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and senior-level experience in software development; hybrid work model with four days onsite per week in Dearborn, MI; relocation assistance may be available.
