Job Summary
Build full-stack features across Ruby on Rails and Next.js, owning product initiatives end-to-end from identifying opportunities to shaping solutions through implementation, launch, and iteration. Partner with product managers and designers to uncover customer pain points and deliver meaningful improvements while making technical decisions that balance speed, quality, and performance. Use AI-assisted tools like Claude Code and Codex to explore, develop, and ship, alongside Datadog and Mixpanel to monitor production behavior and inform product choices. Champion new ideas to improve products, engineering practices, and customer experience, ensuring polished, reliable, and easy-to-use experiences. Collaborate effectively with DevOps on cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies within a mature codebase.
