Job Summary
Build customer-facing products used by investigators, analysts, and compliance teams while designing scalable APIs and backend services. Own features from concept through production deployment across React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, developing analytics workflows and intuitive user experiences for non-technical users. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, drive architecture decisions, and mentor engineers on building distributed systems that support large-scale blockchain intelligence at petabyte scale. Operate as a senior individual contributor with significant ownership over product direction and system reliability.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in full-stack software engineering
- Experience at high-growth startups (Seed through Series C)
- Experience leading products or features from 0 → 1
- Strong ownership mentality and startup mindset
- Strong backend engineering experience
- Experience designing and shipping customer-facing APIs
- Strong system design and architecture skills
- Experience with React and modern frontend development
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Experience working with analytical databases and data-intensive applications
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience building enterprise SaaS products
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments
- Experience collaborating closely with customers and stakeholders
- Strong communication and product thinking skills
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in engineering workflows
- Ability to own projects end-to-end
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field
- Founding Engineer, Senior Engineer, or Technical Lead experience
- Experience building products from 0 → 1 ownership
- Startup experience during rapid growth phases
- Experience at Series A–C startups
- Strong API design expertise
- Experience building customer-facing SaaS products
- Experience serving non-technical end users
- Strong React and TypeScript experience
- Experience with Node.js backend systems
- Experience with PostgreSQL and analytical databases
- Experience operating distributed systems at scale

- Consistent tenure (2+ years) at prior companies
- Active use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar
- Founder or startup builder experience
- Proven success operating in highly ambiguous environments
- Experience building data-intensive products
- Minimum 6 hours overlap with PST
- H1B Transfer supported (No new visa sponsorship)
