Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python | React | AWS)

Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, while building, optimizing RESTful APIs and cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services. Collaborate on frontend development using React when needed, and work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers throughout the SDLC to build an AI-powered SaaS platform. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, optimizing performance, scalability, reliability, and security while troubleshooting production issues. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, technical design sessions, and code reviews, and research modern frameworks and engineering best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and development processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer working in production environments
- Strong backend development experience using Python
- Experience developing modern web applications with React
- Hands-on experience working with AWS
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience building scalable cloud-native applications
- Solid understanding of software architecture and software design principles
- Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Professional English communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with FastAPI, Django, or similar Python frameworks
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications
- Experience working with Microservices Architecture
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, API Gateway, and CloudWatch
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Generative AI technologies
- Experience working on SaaS products or product-oriented companies
