Job Summary
Collaborate with the Product Team to solve critical problems by applying best software engineering practices. Write high-quality code and tests to meet customer needs while providing constructive feedback to teammates in Pull Requests. Support the practical use of Lean and Agile principles in software delivery. This role requires 5+ years of commercial experience with .NET (C#), Web APIs, and JavaScript or TypeScript, plus 6+ months of AI tooling workflow experience. Based in Sydney with three days of hybrid work, the position offers no on-call duty and benefits including onsite meals and small Scrum teams with autonomy.
