Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services powering Fulfillment, Logistics, and Labor Tracking operations. Own features end to end, from technical design through implementation, testing, and rollout to production. Contribute across the stack, from backend services and data models to internal operational tools. Shape software architecture and raise technical stack maturity. Participate in code reviews and mentor engineers. Partner with Product Managers and Operations stakeholders to refine products in an agile process. Support the 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure uptime. Leverage AI-assisted tools woven into the workflow for design, implementation, and testing.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- strong hands-on work in TypeScript/Node.js and React
- Proven experience designing and building full-stack applications end to end: backend services, APIs, and web apps running in the cloud
- Strong knowledge of service-oriented architectures and designing/building backend REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL): data modeling and query optimization (indexing, execution plan analysis, performance tuning)
- Experience building and maintaining asynchronous systems
- Experience writing and maintaining unit and e2e tests, and shipping through CI/CD pipelines
- Experience running production services with an eye on reliability and observability
- Advanced level of English

- Experience with Kotlin or other JVM languages
- Experience with React Native
- Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
