Job Summary
Senior Full-stack Engineer to design, build, and ship end-to-end features for patient- and clinician-facing products, with a focus on TypeScript/Node.js backend services, React user interfaces, regulatory/compliance data handling, and ML/AI service integration. Collaborate within a cross-functional team, contribute to product decisions, emphasize data residency and security, and operate in a role that supports a flexible London-based remote/office mix. Visa sponsorship is not provided. The role emphasizes measurable user impact, security and regulatory considerations, and involvement in code reviews and engineering standards.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience
- Availability during standard business hours across Europe (UTC to UTC+3)
- Ability to work from London (Spitalfields) office 1-day per week preferred

- Track record of shipping features with measurable user impact
- Strong TypeScript and Node.js ability
- Solid React experience building production web applications
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, document databases, KV stores)
- Experience using AWS services in production and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
- Proficiency with Git
- Experience with queue-based systems (BullMQ + Redis) is a bonus
- Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments (healthcare, fintech) is a bonus
- Experience with React Native is a bonus
