Job Summary
Senior Full Stack Software Engineer on the Managed Accounts team responsible for delivering development work according to acceptance criteria and reporting on progress. Collaborates with business partners, technology leads, and agile teams to translate business requirements into system requirements and ensure alignment with product roadmaps. Provides guidance to junior team members, works with web services and database teams on integration requirements, and applies engineering excellence in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Key focus areas include strong leadership in technical design and product implementation, hands-on full-stack development using Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Angular, and Typescript, with emphasis on Test Driven Development and comprehensive QA. Embraces modern software engineering practices and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven, Sonar, Docker, GitHub, uDeploy) to deliver robust software. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 7 years of experience in Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Angular, and Typescript
- Experience in Scrum/agile environments
- Champion of Test Driven Development and unit testing
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Maven, Sonar, Docker, GitHub, uDeploy)
- Proficiency in full-stack development and application architecture
- Ability to guide junior team members and participate in technical design discussions
