Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, Angular, and SQL Server. Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, database components, and frontend user interfaces while building high-performance SQL queries and stored procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design enterprise-grade applications, troubleshoot issues, and participate in code reviews and testing activities. Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and contribute to automation and Shift Left methodologies. This role is available to skilled professionals in Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, and Bolivia working remotely, requiring 5+ years of experience with C# and SQL Server.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience building web applications using C#, SQL, and Angular
- Experience working with stored procedures, relational databases, and performance-sensitive SQL development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
- Experience writing unit and integration tests
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong commitment to delivering reliable, maintainable, and high-quality code
- Self-motivated professional with strong ownership and collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including indexing and query optimization
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, SES, or similar cloud technologies
- Familiarity with GraphQL and modern API architectures
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, MCP, or similar solutions
- Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML and CSS
- Experience developing applications for large enterprise environments
- Basic to intermediate understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, MCP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
