Job Summary
Design and build full-stack features powering campaign management, reporting, and marketplace optimization, ranging from responsive web front-ends to back-end services and APIs. Select appropriate languages and tools for each problem, pushing complex computational logic and heavy algorithmic weight into scalable back-end services while maintaining lightweight front-ends. Build and consume well-designed APIs that integrate DT products into a unified architecture rather than isolated silos. Own services in production through testing, observability, performance monitoring, and on-call rotation. Collaborate directly with product leads on scoping, estimation, and technical decisions within your autonomous pod, while mentoring teammates and raising engineering standards through code review and automation.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years building and shipping production platforms
- heavy skew toward backend architecture, system design, and code optimization
- Strong algorithmic fundamentals, data structures
- proven track record of solving complex data-processing or resource optimization problems
- Demonstrated ability to be effective in more than one language/ecosystem
- Solid command of modern front-end frameworks
- Solid command of back-end service design
- Solid command of relational and/or distributed data stores
- Strong fundamentals in API design
- Strong fundamentals in data modeling
- Strong fundamentals in testing
- Strong fundamentals in system design
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, agile, ownership-driven environment
- Must be local to the posting location

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)

- Exposure to AdTech
- Exposure to dashboards/BI surfaces
