$170,000–$190,000 year
Remote · United States
Job Summary
Senior Full Stack Engineer - Data & Analytics role focused on building end-to-end data and analytics capabilities for a healthcare-focused data platform. You will drive high-quality, actionable data and analytics that inform client and internal decision-making, develop full-stack data features from data models to user-facing interfaces, and build AI/LLM-powered workflows to accelerate data transformation, analysis, and app development. You’ll own design, development, and iteration of complex data systems, including data transformations and well-modeled datasets; ship analytics products and dashboards for clients and internal teams; conduct exploratory analysis to surface insights; influence data engineering strategy and product architecture; and collaborate with stakeholders to define success criteria and deliver data-driven improvements. Qualifications include 4+ years of experience in full-stack development and data modeling/analysis, strong Python and SQL skills, experience with backend and modern frontend interfaces for data-rich apps, familiarity with AI/LLM tools, ability to work with evolving data sources, and a hands-on approach to building end-to-end data workflows. Nice-to-haves include healthcare datasets experience, dbt, Metabase, and AWS tooling. This is a remote/hybrid environment with competitive salaries and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of software development experience with a focus on full-stack web development and data modeling/analysis
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation, analysis, and analytic pipeline development
- Experience building backend servers and modern frontend interfaces (React, Vue, or equivalent) for data-rich applications
- Demonstrated fluency with modern AI and LLM-powered development tools (code agents, automation frameworks) and a track record of using them to ship higher-quality work faster
- Proven ability to work with complex, messy, and evolving data sources and turn them into reliable, well-modeled datasets
- Experience designing, building, and operating end-to-end data workflows — from raw data ingestion through transformation, modeling, and downstream analysis
- Strong judgment around data quality, correctness, observability, and maintainability in production data systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to comfortably articulate your thoughts and decisions
- Desire to contribute to the growth of the product, team, and direction of Prompt Therapy Solutions Inc.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Interest in a hands-on, high code-contribution role; this is not an engineering management position, though growth opportunities exist over time
- Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with complex healthcare datasets — including patient care, operations, and billing data
- Hands-on experience with analytics engineering tools such as dbt for data transformations and Metabase for building analytics dashboards (or other equivalent tools)
- Experience working in AWS (e.g., S3, Athena, RDS, Redshift, DMS, Glue, ECS, Lambda, or similar services)
- Experience working with relational databases and warehouses (e.g., PostgreSQL, Athena, Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Experience building internal or client-facing analytics products used by multiple teams or customers
