Senior Full Stack Engineer--Childcare Management System (Remote)

Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain full-stack product capabilities for family billing, payments, invoices, and back-office workflows using Python and existing frontend stacks. Develop backend services, APIs, and business logic while making pragmatic decisions on technical debt, refactoring, and tradeoffs to ensure billing accuracy and data integrity. Partner with product, design, QA, and stakeholders to shape solutions, utilizing AI-assisted development practices including CLI-based prompts and agentic flows throughout the delivery lifecycle. Improve quality and reliability through automated testing, monitoring, and incident response, integrating cross-service knowledge to support center administration and reporting. Contribute to team planning, estimation, and the evolution of responsible AI engineering patterns within a collaborative edtech environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5-15+ years of professional software engineering experience
