Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI SaaS) - Fully Remote

Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and ship AI-forward SaaS products for professional video and film production workflows. You will work across the stack from React-based frontends to Node.js backends and cloud infrastructure, integrating leading text, image, and video AI models into production workflows. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and outcome-driven, with end-to-end ownership: collaborating with product managers on specs, implementing, deploying, and validating quality through testing and iteration. You’ll mentor other engineers, help shape zero-to-one products, and contribute to improving SDLC/PDLC processes in a remote Poland, B2B contract. Responsibilities include building full-stack features with React, Node.js, and cloud-native technologies; integrating AI models into production workflows; translating customer problems into clear solutions; end-to-end feature ownership, including QA/UAT, deployment, and monitoring; driving experiments that deliver customer value; maintaining code quality, reliability, and performance; troubleshooting production issues; mentorship and knowledge sharing; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, user-centric solutions. Nice-to-have: experience with image/video/generative AI APIs, background in film/advertising workflows, and leadership in small teams.
