Job Summary
Senior Full Stack Developer focused on SharePoint solutions. Develop, enhance, and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Premise offerings; build and customize SharePoint pages, lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and web parts; integrate SharePoint with external systems via APIs, connectors, Power Automate, or custom development; perform full stack development across backend, frontend, and data layers; support troubleshooting, bug fixes, performance improvements, and production support; assist in migration activities including content migration, permission mapping, testing, and post-migration support; collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders across multiple projects; produce technical documentation and deployment notes as required; strong hands-on SPFx experience, SharePoint Designer, and Microsoft 365 / Power Platform skills; proficient in HTML/CSS/JS/TypeScript, React.js, .NET/C#, REST APIs, SQL Server, and DevOps practices; remote work experience with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 4 to 7+ years preferred
- Solid hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premise
- Strong experience in full stack development
- Experience working remotely with minimal supervision
- Ability to support multiple projects/accounts at the same time
- Good understanding of application support, troubleshooting, and change requests
- Experience in system integration and API-based development
- Practical experience in migration, enhancement, and production support activities
- SharePoint Framework — SPFx
- SharePoint Designer / modern SharePoint customization
- SharePoint Lists, Libraries, Content Types, Permissions
- Web Parts, Site Pages, Workflows, Forms
- SharePoint migration and content restructuring
- Microsoft 365 / Power Platform
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Microsoft Teams integration
- Microsoft Graph API
- Azure AD / Entra ID basics
- Office 365 administration basics related to SharePoint
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js preferred
- Backend: .NET / C# preferred, ASP.NET Core / Web API, Node.js a plus
- REST API development and integration
- Authentication and authorization concepts
- Database: SQL Server, T-SQL
- Git / Azure DevOps / CI-CD basics
- Postman or similar API testing tools
- Basic understanding of deployment, release management, and environment support
- Preferred / Nice to Have: SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, Microsoft Migration Manager)
- Experience with Nintex, K2 or similar workflow platforms
- Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Key Vault)
- ITIL knowledge
