Job Summary
Senior Full-Stack Developer is responsible for owning the development, maintenance, and optimization of high-traffic, consumer-facing web applications. The role encompasses backend REST APIs with Node.js/Express, frontend work with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3, and data/marketing tech integrations (Salesforce, ETL, data warehouses). Responsibilities include designing, building, deploying, and supporting production-grade applications, creating architecture diagrams and technical docs, performing code reviews, and mentoring other developers. The candidate will work across the stack, optimize performance (including Core Web Vitals), implement authentication/authorization, and maintain integrations with databases and external platforms, while ensuring security best practices per OWASP and regulatory considerations (TCPA, CCPA, GDPR). The position is fully remote (India-based) with a senior, hands-on expectation and leadership through technical guidance."
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- strong backend proficiency with Node.js and Express
- strong frontend proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, HTML5, CSS3
- experience with MongoDB, SQLite, BigQuery
- experience with ETL, data warehousing, and data integrations
- experience with Linux administration, Nginx, SSL, CDN, and Git
- ability to mentor developers and lead through code reviews
