Job Summary
Senior Full Stack Developer needed to build and maintain modern web applications with React and Node.js, including HubSpot CMS/CRM UI Extensions. You will work across front-end and back-end tasks, create serverless functions, and develop themes/modules for HubSpot while ensuring high performance and accessibility. Collaborative, cross-functional team environment; opportunity to learn HubSpot CRM development and work with AI-assisted workflows. Remote or Hybrid arrangement, 5+ years of experience, and a focus on delivering scalable, data-driven digital experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional full-stack JavaScript development experience
- Strong proficiency in React.js and state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.)
- Solid experience with Node.js (Express, serverless functions, API development)
- Strong understanding of modern CSS (SCSS, Tailwind, CSS-in-JS, Grid, Flex, etc.)
- Experience working with APIs and data fetching (Axios or similar)
- Strong Git workflow experience (branches, pull requests, code reviews)
- Willingness to learn HubSpot CMS and CRM development
- Bonus: HubSpot CMS and HubL experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience building HubSpot CRM UI Extensions
- Familiarity with GraphQL and REST APIs
- Experience with other CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.)
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, Supabase, MySQL)
- Experience deploying apps to Vercel, Netlify, Render, or DigitalOcean
- Spanish fluency a plus
